The picture you see to the left is your rank picture, which i'll be fine tuning soon.

you Avatar can be changed by going up to your Profile (look up)
select the "Avatar" link and you'll be able to upload one from your personal pictures, or from an external link.

for now there's no limit on the size, but as i get to it i'll go through and personally resize all the avatars to an appropriate size Smile
